How to use my Pallada Card service?

Please follow these steps:
Dial Local or Toll-Free access number.
Enter your PIN number
Dial the destination number.
For US calls dial: 1 + Area Code + Number.
For International calls dial: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Number + #.
"To place another call, press * (star) 3 times."

What are other fees deducted?

There is no connection fee. 25 cents maintenance fee deducted every 2 weeks. Additional $1.50 will apply when using payphone. Rates for calls using an 800 access number are 2 cents higher. Applicable taxes will reduce the posted minutes you may talk for.

The number of minutes available for that particular call will be calculated and announced to you before after destination number is dialed.

No we will give you 10 digits personal identification number (PIN Number) that you will use all the time. You can recharge this pin number! Or you can even link your phone number to avoid dialing long pin numbers! Please call our customer service at 1-800-682-5734 to link your phone and set up phone recharge.
